The 700 mm internal wood fired pizza oven comes complete as shown on pallet.
The oven is 900mm diameter x 500mm high with an internal measurement of 700mm diameter , hand made in South Australia. The unit is constructed from specially design dense refractory concrete. It is also reinforced with special imported fibres from japan along with galvanised steel mesh. This reduces fractures from thermal stress and adds to a longer oven life.
The efficient design and extensive use of two insulation materials ( total thickness 50mm) makes using this oven economical and easy to operate, with it ready to cook delicious pizzas in approx 45 minutes.
As seen in the gallery it is not just a pizza oven, it cooks unbelievable roasts with its large door opening allowing it to take a large camp oven, this also adds to the ambience of the night being able to see the fire.
900MM dia x 54mm thick refractory base that the oven is built on.
4 x 32mm replaceable, molded, refractory hearth sections. This brings the heart up to 86mm thick in dense concrete to hold heat for baking, giving this oven one of thickest hearth available.
Two half dome sections in 50mm refractory concrete. This is built in two sections to reduce thermal expansion stress.
13mm of ceramic blanket,
37mm of ridged insulation reinforced with ar fibres.
Oxided coloured render
Insulated timber door and handle to reduce any chance of being burnt.
150mm stainless steel flue 900mm long.
150mm stainless steel flue and a specially designed flue cap to reduce blow back into oven.
